Part time job available in Mosgiel: Immediate start Carer / Personal Support Assistant for someone recovering from a brain injury and returning home for greater independence. HOURS: Thursdays 7-8:30pm (1.5hrs)? Fridays 8:45-10:15am and 7-8:30pm (3hrs) With further hours available as required. $28.25 hourly rate (before tax) TASKS: - Morning hygiene / shower cares for a 73 year old semi-independent female. - Evening cares, toileting (just needs prompting) and helping her get into bed. LOOKING FOR: - Someone who is kind and is good at building a rapport with people. - Someone who is very good with time management. - Reliable, friendly. - Having experience working with brain injuries would be advantageous but optional.
