Looking for a reliable, tidy, young professional to take over a room located in Central Newtown! It's about a 7 minute walk to the Newtown shops, but? off the main road so it's super quiet. There's free on-street parking, and a bus stop right outside the complex. The townhouse is quite modern, double glazed, and will be mostly furnished (the big dining table is going) by us.
You would be joining myself and my partner, and as we both work full time, we're ideally looking for someone that would fit in with the house routine.
