Looking for a flatmate for our 4 bedroom flat on Dundas Street. You?ll be joining 1 male and 2 females, all going into their 2nd year of uni. Rent is $170 p/w( not including bills), and the lease runs from 1st Jan-31st Dec 2024. Flat is unfurnished but has all ammenities and is dry and warm. Is a 5-minute walk to university and close to many? eateries/city central. We are mature, friendly, full-time students who like to have a drink every now and then, but are otherwise pretty reserved.
