LOOKING FOR A FLAT MATE We are currently looking for a young working professional to replace our flatmate moving out in our beautiful sunny Ngaio flat. This Flat is located just 10 mins away from Wellington? CBD, 6 minute walk from the train station or bus stop. The room is big enough for a double bed and a set of draws, you will also get all of the afternoon sun. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom and toilet with one other person. This room becomes available from the 24th of Feb and will be signed until the following year. A bit about us- 3 working professionals aged 22 and 23. Two work full time and one is studying and working part time. We aren?t a party flat, however we like to have social occasions but also like quiet time to ourself. You will be living with Two beautiful cats who are pretty lovely to hang out with. Rent is $200 per week but will be going up to $210 per week from May 17th. Bond is $850 before move in.
