Currently? have 3 female and 1 male flatmates all mid to late 20?s. We love to do activities together like going to markets, sauna, pottery, walks, beach and cafes/ restaurants. Everyone is super respectful, tidy and outgoing. The room gets plenty of sunshine throughout the whole day, it is also the only room with a built in wardrobe and can easily fit a queen bed, side tables, desk, mirror and chest of drawers ?. The rent is $305 per week which INCLUDES ALL EXPENSES, paid fortnightly. The bond is $800. It is in the heart of the CBD so easy access to public transport like buses and trains but can walk everywhere very easily.
