Hi, I have recently moved to Dunedin. Am looking for a room in South Dunedin, preferably St.Clair or surrounding suburbs. Have great references, pay my rent on time. Am quiet, like my own space, but can relate? to many kinds of people. Prefer a quiet life. Would love to be able to help grow or establish a vege/herb garden. Love cooking, am into healthy, natural living, love swimming, ocean and walking. Need to give my current flatmate a bit of notice so looking to move sometimes in March. Have my own bedroom furniture, but would love a room with a decent wardrobe. Thanks for your help.
