hi all, me and my flat r currently looking for a new flatmate, were located near the end of george st. rent is 150 per week and bond is 600, our energy bill is normally between 60 and 80 per person each month.? were a fairly quite flat and definitely dont party but we all get along really well. currently theres only 3 people but there are 5 rooms. were open to having young people in the flat aswell, im 19 and the other mates are 18 and 28. were all male but would be more than happy to have a female in the flat, the room thats available is kinda separate from the rest of the house, its conected to the kitchen and fairly big. we have a dryer and washer, and fully stocked kitchen. unfortunately i cant allow any more pets in the flat as i have a disabled cat, but couples may be considered with a fluctuation in price, which would be discussed with everyone in the flat. if ur interested in the room please leave a comment or pm me, i dont have photos at the moment but ur more than welcome to come and look :)
