hiya! one of our flatties is sadly leaving us to move back to oz so we have a amazing bedroom in our sunny Hanson Street flat up for grabs! large room, morning sun, double wardrobes and a desks! weekly rent:? $230.72 each monthly expenses: around $60ish bond: $572 move in date from the 16th of march! our flat is in an apartment complex, with a pretty decent view of the city from the balcony! we are thankful to get all day sun, so the flat is always relatively warm! we have two bathrooms and a nice big kitchen/lounge. location is perfect, with a 2 minute walk to countdown (dangerously close), 20 mins into the city, and 10 mins to massey! buses are super accessible, so it is suited to either students or yo pros! you would be living with 3 other girls and 3 boys (20-24) who are a mix of part time/full time workers and students who are all pretty independent but love to hang out and share cheeky a drink or two over a good show or board game ? pm if you?re interested and we can set up a viewing!
