Kia ora! Looking to fill a room in our CBD apartment, just around the corner from Courtney Place and Taranaki Street ? The room is $253 pw + expenses. Move in March 27th, however, can be a little flexible with? this. The room can come furnished! (not with the furniture pictured) This room won't be suitable for a couple, and construction is currently happening on the above apartments/building so it also won't be fit for someone who works from home/values absolute peace and quiet during the day ? Currently living in the flat are myself and Josh, both 22 working in hospo and I am also studying. We love a good chat, drink, and movie from time to time but are respectful of each other's spaces and schedules.
