Looking for someone to fill this great bedroom in a sunny, spacious flat in Wadestown. The room is has a great view of the surrounding nature and includes a built in wardrobe, interior heater, and can fit a? queen bed and desk. This incredible flat is a 5 minute drive or quick 10 minute scenic stroll down Wadestown hill into the city. The flat itself is very spacious with a large communal living area and kitchen. There is plenty of space inside and outside to keep to yourself or entertain the social vibe of the flat. The room is $205 a week excluding expenses. You will be living with 3 males early-mid 20?s, who are all full time workers. Our interests include working out, making music, cooking, the outdoors, and drinking beer.
