Kia Ora, I am looking for a flatmate to take the spare room in my flat in Mount Cook. The rent would be 250 + utilities and it is a good size room with a private bathroom (but no closet unfortunately). The? flat is in a great location right near bus stops for the number 1 and 3 and right near the countdown in Newtown. I am in my 30's and work in conservation.
