We have a big double bed room available in Mt Victoria. The house is fully furnished and the room comes with furniture such as bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet. The rent is $360 per week for a couple and $320 per? week for a single. Please note we only take a single person or a couple, not two friends. There are also weekly expenses of $30 on top of the rent ($50 for a couple) which include power, fiber internet, necessities (rubbish service, washing powder, washing liquid, toilet paper, cleaning products) and a weekly cleaner. The house is just 4mins away from the bus stops on Pirie St and 7-8 mins away from the bus stops on Kent and Cambridge Terrace. There are also plenty of coupon parking spaces on the street.
