I'm looking for a fabulous female housemate (35 - 55ish) to fill a (soon to be vacant) small double room in a two bedroom, 1 bathroom character flat in Kelburn. This will be available from 24th March 2024. Rent? is $280 per week and includes power, gas and unlimited fibre. Costs for cleaning products, toilet paper etc. are minimal and shared. Move in costs are 2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent. The room has basic furniture (double bed, bedding, bedside table, clothes rack and TV). The rest of the house is fully furnished, with a large (well equipped) kitchen featuring 5 burner gas hobs, double oven, dishwasher and chest freezer. You would be sharing with just me and 2 senior cats. I work office?
