Rent included power, water and internet. No couples.? No pets allowed. Rent $250.00 per week Bond $500.00 2 weeks Unfurnished bedroom, but house is completely furnished, would need to bring you own bed etc. Ideally looking for someone who does not drink or smoke is very clean and tidy - very Important.
