LONG TERM FLATMATE WANTED - prime location- Mount Wellington - House is a 2 minute drive from Sylvia park shopping centre/train station, less than 5 minute drive from motorway. Move in date: 25 March We are on the hunt for a flatmate to take up one of these two bedrooms we have available. House is furnished and bedroom is unfurnished. There is? one bathroom/toilet for the two rooms we have downstairs. NO pets sorry -Bedroom has a huge double wardrobe Rooms rent is $250 (single) $280 (couple) including all expenses. We are full time workers and mostly keep to ourselves but we are a sociable couple as well :) Ideally looking for someone who is - Working/studying professional, - Tidy/clean - Pays bills on time There?s lots of street parking available Move in costs - 3 weeks bond - 1 weeks rent in advance
