Hey there!! We are looking to fill 3 bedrooms in a 5 room house. It?s located at the bottom of Pitt street so great location for both students and working professionals. Currently there are two of us, both? female and in our early 20s and will be working full time for the year. The flat is north facing so gets all day sun, is spacious and well looked after! The rent is currently 170 pw ( not including power/wifi) with 510 as a bond, and will end last week of December 2024. We are open to negotiating room prices for smaller/ larger ones as well.
