I?m moving out of my modern, central Dunedin flat on Canongate and am looking for a replacement! I?m ideally looking for someone to move in within the next two weeks who is a student or working professional. The flat is four bedrooms with two bathrooms (so you?d only be sharing with one other person). The bedroom is spacious and very warm. There is? a washing machine and dryer as well as heaps of storage space and a deck out back overlooking the city. Rent is $195 a week plus utilities.
