There is monthly powerbill everything? else is included in the rent. Lease does end in June but do have the choice to sign on again for however long. $187.25 for rent/$670 bond. Plenty of basement storage. Room does come with the bed in it, but no linen, so you will have to supply Your own. Flat does come with a fridge and washer/dryer.
