Looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely flat from June/July (flexible on the date could be earlier)! New build (2021), double glazing and over spec insulation this house is extremely warm in the winter so there is definitely the perk of spending less on heating! Fabulous modern ammenities in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The? flat is in an excellent location - only a five minute walk to the octagon and around a 15 minute walk to campus! You would be living with three girls - 2 who are working full time and one postgraduate student. All very nice and social! With slight more focus during the work week. The room is a great size, very sunny, built in wardrobe and the option for being fully furnished or not! (You can have whatever you want and I will remove everything else).
