Bills are $90-$120 a month depending on time of? year. Bond is around $950. Photo is of another room in the house as i can't access the available one till the tenant leaves, but basically the same except only the one big window (with a view). Bus stop right outside and plenty of on street parking available. Also garage storage space if needed. Current housemates are 2x women and 1 x man, 1 x dog, 1 x cat and 4 x chickens. We are looking for a working professional, preferably male (to keep a good balance) who is tidy, clean and respectful. No couples, no parties, no additional pets.
