Hi! We?re looking for another flatmate to fill a room in our 3 bedroom house in Mosgiel. Room is $180/week excluding power, internet & other flat expenses which are split evenly each month. You?ll be living? with 4 others (2 guys & 2 girls) working full time/studying all in our early 20?s, and a cat. So looking for someone around a similar age. We?re pretty social and enjoy a drink in the weekends but also happy chilling out and doing our own thing. Your room will be unfurnished, it has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and the room has also been freshly painted and had new curtains put in.
