Hi there, Seamus O'Reilly and I (both 24) are looking for a third flatmate to join us in our three bedroom flat on Freyberg Street in Lyall Bay. The room is $275 per week (plus utilities), easily fits a queen? bed, catches the afternoon sun and is free now. The street has lots of parking, is a 3 min walk to the bus stop for the number 3 and a 5 min walk to the beach and the Maranui cafe. We're both shift workers so would need someone that can respect any early mornings but we're also social and always keen for a bbq or wander down to Panhead as a flat on a nice day when we're all free. The photos of communal areas are a little empty as we've just moved in but we'll add furniture over the next little while. There is a garden at the front of the house as well as a garage which we use for storage which is perfect if you have a surfboard, golf clubs, etc. If this sounds a bit like you please flick one of a message with a bit about yourself and we'll organise a viewing!
