Not a party house but when schedules allow we like to hang out. House on a central bus route (number 1). Walking distance to Newtown shops and Island Bay Village. On street parking. Looking for a tidy and respectful person to join the house. Needs to be fine with a wee bit of communal chores. Long term stays only. No pets or smokers. $250 per week, excluding expenses, which are about an extra $20 per week for internet/power, and some money to a group account for communal bits and pieces.
