The house is right? across the road from the Vic uni campus on Vivian st, 1 min walk to Cuba st, cafes and basically everything you need is at your door step! It?s a lovely 2 bedroom flat with one bathroom on the 5th floor(top floor) which you will be sharing with a 24 y/o, working full-time.
