???ROOM AVAILABLE END OF MAY??? Hello lovely people of Wellington, we are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 4 person flat in mt cook!?? We are a pretty relaxed lot, two students and a yo-pro who are? always down for a chat but appreciate the need for space as we can all get pretty busy. Location is pretty sweet, right opposite the Massey campus and within walking distance of Cuba st, and a hop skip and a jump to Newtown as well! There is also a bus stop 2mins away that can take u further afield. The room itself is a very decent size and gets great sun all year round. We also have a couple feline friends that come visit us occasionally? Rent is $217.25, and bond is $410. Bills are split between everyone as they come in (ofc) power and general expenses come to $20 p/w, and this covers things like basic cooking stuff, cleaning supplies etc as well. Super fast, unlimited internet as well, which is $25 monthly. Room is available from late May/early June, but can be somewhat flexible!
