Rent: $495 p/w (or $247.5 pp for couple) Expenses: $20 - $25 p/w Available: From 22nd May but flexible with timing Bond: 4 weeks rent The room comes with an ensuite bathroom, two double wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and incredible city views! It is unfurnished but can come with bed side tables and drawers if requested. The rest of the flat has two other rooms, a large main bathroom with a double shower and bath, a separate downstairs toilet, laundry and fully equipped kitchen.
