The house consists of two other people, one lawyer, and one government worker both in their mid 20s.? Everyone is clean and respectful, it?s not a party flat but everyone?s always down for a yarn or to watch some TV. Ideally looking for someone similar. Located on Ghuznee street, near the terrace. The room is quite big, with its own balcony and a built in wardrobe. Sharing the bathroom with only one other person. Rent is $295 pw, bills around 10-15 a week. The house has all the amenities you need, including: - Washing machine and dryer - Off street parking - Dishwasher - Deck for BBQs Ideally looking for someone to buy my bed (negotiable price).
