Close to Massey? Uni, several bus stops, and a short 10-minute walk to town. House: The house is very spacious and includes a lounge, kitchen, dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, a garage, and a huge backyard with its very own fire pit! ? There is a large amount of resident/coupon parking on the street. Existing flatmates: Four young professionals, 3 guys and 1 girl, all social and enjoy having a yarn in the evening/weekends, but also love their down time The Room: $275 for a single, and $350 for a couple. Very spacious, with plenty of room for whatever furniture you want. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe and drawers (this is the landlords furniture, but can be moved to the garage if you have your own). it can also come with a bed/bedside table and a couch if you wanted!
