Rent is 270 per week + $14 per week to cover flat necessities and power. Internet is 24.75 per month. Bond is only $230! Car park may be available at additional cost. You'll be living with 3 other chill flatmates in their 20s, though this isn't a party flat. The apartment is just a 5 min walk to VUW Te Aro Campus, 20 min away from Kelburn, and 5 mins away from Massey Uni. Yans and Hells Pizza are a few steps away.
