Rent is $240 per week (flat expenses are $10 extra per week added onto this) The room is the biggest in the? house, and comes with a deep wardrobe with plenty of space. And windows that open up into the sun room, that gets all the morning sun. The house has four bedrooms with large living areas, two bathrooms and loads of storage for anything else you have. It also comes with a great outdoor space, perfect for summer! Super close to Thorndon and Wadestown shops. There is also a shared garage and loads of street parking available. You?ll be living in a mixed flat (21-29) with two girls and one guy. Two studying full time, and one full time worker. They're all tidy, respectful and social but also appreciate time to themselves.
