Kia ora!?? My partner and I are looking for a new couple to take over our lease in our lovely flat on Willis St (Central Welly) from around June 17th. ? The flat has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom with a washer &? dryer, heat pump, dishwasher and a shared courtyard not to mention an incredibly convenient location right in the heart of town! You will be living with two guys ( Ethan and Lucas) who work full-time, but are down to be social when they?re home.? Rent is $419 per week (+ expenses of around $40-50 a month), plus a bond of $925pp. We're also happy to do virtual tours if you're not in Wellington or have a busy schedule.
