?Couples room for rent in Kelburn ? Have lived in this room for over 3 years and finally time to say goodbye as we are moving overseas. You will be living with 4 other flatmates, some yopros and some studying.? This room is essentially 2 rooms! It has a loft sleeping situation AND a downstairs room with lots of built in storeage + a wardrobe. The downstairs room has French doors that open to an outdoor area that gets heaps of morning sun. - 5 minute walk to Kelburn uni campus - 5 minute walk to Kelburn shops - 10 minute walk to the top of the Cable Car - 20 minute walk to Cuba street - two bathrooms - heatpump inside your own room ? Room is $400 a week so $200 each for a couple. Expenses are paid monthly and differ but PM for recent numbers. Preferably we would want someone who is young 20s and respects people's alone time but still likes to have flat movie nights and host the occasional drinks. Has to be LGBTQA+ friendly ???
