House is three stories with a large garden and garage, and fantastic views over Johnsonville and the harbour. You?ll be living with three? excellent guys all working and early-mid 20s who are all friendly and sociable, and also enjoy their quiet time.
The room itself is the largest and most private in the flat. It?s divided into two sections, with a bedroom area and space for a home office or living area.
The lease is periodic, so it's flexible if you're looking for a short-term stay or don't want to commit to a longer-term lease.
