Room available in Newtown. The bedroom is on the top floor of a three story apartment. A nice big room with a large window looking out onto the street. The room shares a bathroom with another flat mate. House? is fully furnished, but will need your own bedroom furniture. Our house is a quick stroll to the Newtown Shops, New World, Maccas, ops shops, hospital, etc. Rent is $260 and weekly expenses $40 pw. We have Apple TV, with Netflix, Disney + and Neon. We also have a PS4 with some fun games. We have a fully stocked bar and we love a cocktail night, but we?re not a party flat. We also have a record player, with an ever growing record collection. We have a garage, which is currently used for storage of surfboards and camping gear etc. We?re a close flat, and would love someone who wants to join in our fun! We like to chill, watch some tv together, make pizzas, go out for food and drink, fish and chips on the beach etc.
