Everyone is super respectful, tidy and outgoing. The room gets sunshine throughout the whole day and can easily fit a queen bed, side tables, desk, mirror and chest of drawers. There is also space outside the room for a clothing rack/more drawers. The rent is $305 per week which INCLUDES ALL EXPENSES, paid fortnightly. The bond is $540. It is in the heart of the CBD so easy access to public transport like buses and trains but can walk everywhere very easily.
