LONG TERM FLATMATE WANTED - prime location- Mount Wellington - Available from 24th March! - House is a 2 minute drive from Sylvia park shopping centre/train station, less than 5 minute drive from motorway. We are on the hunt for a flatmate to take up a bedroom we have available. House and room is furnished. There is one bathroom/toilet shared? between the two rooms we have downstairs. NO pets sorry -Bedroom has a huge double wardrobe Rooms rent is $250 (single) $280 (couple) including all expenses.
