Looking for someone to take over my room in this beautiful whare in Karori around mid-March.

5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with lots of space, storage, great kitchen, and outdoor area.? We live city side Karori, right across the road to the bus stop, and 5 mins walk from Marsden Village.
This bedroom is the smallest in the house (9sqm), but is far away from house noise, gets great morning sun, lots of bird life, and would fit a double bed and some other furniture (I have had a king single bed, large standing desk, clothes rack and two side tables with lots of space left over). The storage across the hallway can be used as a private wardrobe.
You would be living with young professional in between 20s to 30s. Looking for someone tidy, sociable, and willing to help out around the house.
Rent is $190/w (what a steal) plus $25/w expenses which covers power, gas, wifi and shared flat and kitchen items.
