You?d be living with a PhD student (Stephen, 25M, keen climber and hiker) and a full-time worker (Babata, 27F, yoga lover and runner). There is coupon parking available if you have a car.
Move in date is 7th April onwards
Rent is $300 + $30 per week for expenses (covers gas, electricity, wifi, and household supplies etc.).
$750 bond.
