Are you on the hunt for a flat?
We have a lovely sunny room coming available in our central Kelburn flat right next door to the Kelburn Village.
Located only a short walk away? from the Kelburn Victoria University campus and with The 22, 21, and 18 buses stopping right outside, this room is ideal for a student or yo-pro!
The room is $215/ week and gets tonnes of afternoon sun making it super warm all year round and has a nice view overlooking the surrounding nature.
The flat also has a nice backyard and deck to overlook the cityscape, perfect for nice sunny days to chill out with a drink and some friends.
The remaining flatmates are 2 guys and 1 girl some studying at Vic and some working. An added bonus is you will get to live with an adorable black lab who is one of the flatmates? service dog.
The flat would be available to move in ideally from the 25th of Feb, however, we would be happy to be slightly flexible for the right fit!
