An iconic house, with a stunning view in the most central location to all of greater Wellington. Looking for someone to move into the room shown in the piccies. You'll be living with 3 others, 1 lass and 2 lads? in our late 20's - early 30's. Weekly rent is $240 and additional utility costs floats around 20 - $30 a week depending on the time of year. This covers everything we all use, power, internet, cleaning products and TP. Parking will have to be out on the street and no options for couples sorry. You'll most likely have a shared bathroom upstairs. This is not a party house, but we definitely love a good chat, the occasional group meal or backyard campfire, and our music.
